We're currently finalising stage one design concepts for a project in Glasgow.
The garden opens from conservatory doors onto a small seating area and then rises steeply via a flight of rusted corten steel and floating concrete steps to a larger dining terrace and then up again another level to an area of reclaimed scrub transformed into a wild garden.
Bespoke screening creates both privacy and glimpses of the garden beyond.
A formal water feature brings movement and the sound of falling water to the main terrace. Planting will include both clipped structural forms and softer perennial drifts.
This is a lovely project which allows a transition from domestic to wild via strong architectural features and detailing to a much softer naturalistic space, all held together by our signature planting.
